上輪新田喺嚟自新瀉縣嘅純米酒，香氣帶有甘草芭樂嘅鹹度同百香果肉感嘅風味，酒體豐乾爽搭配隨尾韻變化嘅酸度。值得一提嘅係，呢一款就係廚師特意喺家鄉帶嚟餐廳供客人品嚐。
Agewa-shinden is a junmai sake from Niigata Prefecture. It has a fragrance reminiscent of licorice and guava. The sake is very aromatic and has a rich and dry body that pairs well with its evolving acidity in the finish. This particular sake is specially brought to the restaurant by the chef from his hometown for guests to enjoy.
