To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金鐘正義道九號,  之前是十九世紀中期英軍建設的軍火庫舊址 ,  現已改建為 亞洲協會香港中心,  而 AMMO 是唯一在此設立的餐廳.  裝修獨特, 別具一格.   餐廳門面, 及內部設計都選用了金屬色, 顯得高貴, 有派頭和有氣勢. 樓底較高, 選用典雅燈飾, 可比美五星級酒店.設有大型酒吧,  放置了各國名釀給客人選擇.玻璃大窗, 視野廣闊, 可觀望外面的園景, 卡座設計優美, 但只有三張.我們一行五人, 安排了長形餐檯.  餐廳食物主打西班牙菜, 部長送來餐牌, 我們點了:Signature Tasting Menu $580/person包括了前菜、餐湯、主菜, 甜品和餐茶.  餐廳的 Signatures drinks 好 colorful !我們點了  Sangria  $120-紅莓、草莓和黑莓調成的 Sangria, 形像美, 水果酒味帶點酸甜, 女仕最適合.Asahi  $60 冰凍涼快.侍應先送來麵包盤,  有 橄欖油 和 黑醋餐包, 共兩款,  感覺有點單調.頭盤來了:  36 months casalba pata Mehta ham on crunchy t
