Weekday 約咗朋友嚟呢間新開既日本料理餐廳食飯, 驚喜地好味! 試咗個$500 唔洗既Omakase, 由前菜到主食至最後個自家制雞湯用既食材都好新鮮。嗰晚坐喺bar 枱, 所以一邊食, 廚師會一邊介紹佢哋選用既食材同埋整法。睇得出佢哋好尊重食客, 喺食物制作既過程每用一隻調味料都好講究。廚師仲會講解食刺身既次序, 令我哋除咗享用美食仲有資訊吸收, 真係邊食邊學!唔係誇張, 呢個價錢配埋呢種質素, 出面真係搵唔到, 性價比超高。特別推介秋刀魚壽司, 未入口前以為會腥, 但點知出奇地肥美, 入口即溶。廚師仲會喺秋刀魚面稍為燒一燒令佢更香。中拖羅壽司都好色, 加咗魚子喺上面, 令件壽司既味道好豐富。平時食開啲八爪魚刺身通常都好韌好似橡筋,但呢間泓料理嘅八爪魚刺身唔單止唔韌,仲好爽口,再加埋三文魚子一齊食真又夠鮮味,又有口感!
