再訪和緣,今次就試吓佢夜晚嘅omakase ,直頭係深深感受到貧窮限制咗我對奢華嘅想像😂 signature 嘅大拖羅、白蝦加埋北海道馬糞海膽, 底係天婦羅紫菜而上面就係紅菜頭泡沫,香脆嘅天婦羅配埋各種鮮味嘅海鮮,真係要分幾啖食,慢慢享受☺️ 當日嘅刺身有愛緩蜜甘鯛、石垣貝同黑鯥,黑鯥永遠都係我嘅最愛,仲要加咗烏魚子碎真係好夾。天婦羅遼參包住海蝦,遼參keep住應有嘅口感,配埋新鮮海蝦,同埋碟上嘅梅子鹽、柚子鹽同七味鹽,令相對淡味遼參添上一份色彩☺️ 茶碗蒸加埋日本北海道生蠔,生蠔極大隻,而且煎過好香口,鮮味落咗落茶碗蒸上面,令一個普通嘅茶碗蒸都變到成為一個主角☺️ 冬瓜湯加左北海道象拔蚌同埋竹笙,北海道象拔蚌仍然爽口唔會過熟,海鮮嘅鮮味更加攞晒落個湯底,同埋個竹笙吸晒啲汁,飲落好舒服☺️ 天婦羅天草地蛤又係另一傑作,實在無諗過咁樣炸貝殼類仲keep到水份,配埋抹茶鹽食都幾出色。鹿兒島西冷和牛配菠菜芝麻醬,和牛西冷肉味濃同嫩,配上即磨黑松露片,佢哋嘅黑松露醋汁都幾驚喜,仲可以解解膩!北海道馬糞海膽手卷,簡直都唔需要講太多,鮮甜!甜品嘅自家製wasabi sorbet 同紅豆和菓子配宇治抹茶都唔

甜品嘅自家製wasabi sorbet 同紅豆和菓子配宇治抹茶都唔錯,前者奶香但帶有少少辣,都幾清新;後者宇治抹茶嘅回甘加埋少少甜嘅紅豆菓果子,兩平衡得好好,為呢一餐劃上左個美好嘅句號☺️
