話說我想試Omakase好耐,今日終於有人帶我去啦!呢間「鮨㐂」真係連個名都唔識讀呀!原來讀「之喜」,個「㐂」字都係有喜樂的意思。簡潔裝潢以木器為主,感覺舒適!全間餐廳都好靜,好優雅既感覺。除了一間穩秘房間,所有座位圍著中間的壽司桌而坐。午餐定食都有幾多選擇,即使是Omakase也有6/9/12/15/18件壽司可選($338-738),另外仲有個$980的廚師發板餐。我們揀左個九件壽司Omakase($438),前菜係沙律同冬瓜,個冬瓜軟軟的暖暖的,加左「門鱔真子」(我都唔知咩黎)的茨汁,唔錯!然後沙律有菜、粟米粒,仲有個抽乾水的菇,脆卜卜,仲有粒剥左皮而且好甜的車厘茄。前菜之後有蟹肉蒸蛋,呢個真係好好味!蛋蒸得非常滑,每一啖都充滿蟹的香味,除了食到有蟹肉絲仲有蟹膏,好正!面頭有幾條蘿蔔苗,食落有少少甘味,令到整體的口感層次更豐富。跟住終於開始食壽司啦!首先有帶子壽司,件帶子都幾大,好鮮甜!由於呢度用醬醋飯,即係飯本身已落鼓油,食既時候唔需要再點啦。第二件係深海池魚,十分有口感,而且香青檸味好清新。平時好少機會睇住師傅整一舊壽司出來,呢度就可以,感覺味道更出色!能夠邊食邊同師傅交流,

前菜之後有蟹肉蒸蛋,呢個真係好好味!蛋蒸得非常滑,每一啖都充滿蟹的香味,除了食到有蟹肉絲仲有蟹膏,好正!面頭有幾條蘿蔔苗,食落有少少甘味,令到整體的口感層次更豐富。

第二件係深海池魚,十分有口感,而且香青檸味好清新。平時好少機會睇住師傅整一舊壽司出來,呢度就可以,感覺味道更出色!能夠邊食邊同師傅交流,就是食Omakase的特色!

第四款是火炙金目鯛,紅色的魚皮令賣相更靚,唔知點解我想起東升斑!火炙過的魚肉是幾特別的!

第五款是平政魚,師傅說是油甘魚科但佢無咁油,我好似未聽過呢種魚,識落有啲柚子香味,原來係面頭加左有少少柚子胡椒,魚質彈牙爽口且魚味濃!幾特別。

第七款是甜蝦醬油漬,我本身好鍾意食甜蝦,但好少食甜蝦壽司,有三隻咁多,醬油味唔濃。

尾二是毛蟹海膽壽司,我嘩左出黎!因為太開心有呢個食,份量不少的馬糞海膽加上蟹肉拆絲,鮮味十足,好鮮甜好正!

壓軸就是中拖羅,唔知點解呢舊特別食到飯既醬汁味,口感豐富、魚質滑嫩,好得!

食完九件壽司後仲有魚湯,原來係用多款魚淆成,所以相當鮮甜,店員解釋因爲有些魚的部分不能做刺身,例如魚鮫,所以物盡其用用來淆湯!裡面仲真係有舊魚肉呢!

午餐還包一杯雪糕或咖啡,見人地杯咖啡細細的似expresso,我揀左雪糕,曲奇味,正!非常滿足的一餐呀!
