To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修後首度相聚，由雍容華貴搖身一變紅男綠女，連個名都要由白轉紫，冇咗枱布變casual, 可能要吸引年青人, 價錢冇變，我較喜歡以前。糖醋小排骨，加咗紅麴，酸酸地甜甜地，個人喜歡陳醋，深度些，肉質ok肥瘦均勻。灌湯小籠包，皮一般厚薄，唔係咁容易爆裂，湯罐然有，水準中等醬炒羊肉搶湯麵，雖濃湯，唔太咸，少少羊羶及京葱，我最喜。
