之前有人介紹呢間素食餐廳話質素好好,今日路經銅鑼灣就順便試吓,喜歡佢藍白色嘅裝修令人感覺好舒服,感覺西式化,唔似傳統素食餐廳。餐牌上嘅款式都有好多,同朋友各自叫咗一個set lunch,有前菜、湯、煮食同飲品,都只係$98 ,相當抵。要咗個「姫松茸佛手瓜蓮藕雪耳湯」,估唔到咁多料,而且仲好熱,所以好好味。前菜係「松露清新鮮蔬藜麥沙律」,好多椰菜絲、豆乾絲、黑橄欖片、藜麥等,食落似菜絲沙律味道。主菜我叫咗「田園南瓜野菌忌廉燴扁意粉伴麵線蝦卷」,真係色香味俱全,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅芝士味,有好多配料:蘑菇、冬菇、青瓜、黃瓜、車厘茄、菜,貶意粉夠彈牙,非常好味。同行朋友叫嘅「大啡菇椰菜炒烏冬半香菜腐皮卷」,都十分唔錯,開頭以為大啡菇係原隻上,但原來佢切開用來炒烏冬,味道香濃。餐飲我加$10要意大利泡沫咖啡,都好飲呀!我哋仲加$25要咗個鮮果脆脆芭菲,睇幅相已經覺得好靚,上枱更加不得了,莫講話小朋友見到開心,即使係大人見到都心花怒放。最頂果層用cream整咗個好似玫瑰花嘅樣,跟住有曲奇雪糕、士多啤梨、Oreo,下面一層層鋪好有朱古力碎、蜜瓜、哈密瓜、cream、最底好似係奇亞籽,真係靚到唔捨得
