30-10-2019跟好友分享美食係人生一大快事。間中食豪少少, 都幾過癮㗎!麒藝館位於銅鑼灣, 聽個名以為跟"下棋"有d關係😬😬 地方算寬敞, 坐得舒服, 帶點中式古老格調, 但又不會太浮誇。友人話呢度出名食花膠, 我地都唔會錯過!是晚餐單:。水晶花膠涷: 晶瑩透潤, 但唔係好食得出花膠味😂。無花果黑叉燒: 每舊叉燒都好嫩滑, 又唔會太燶; 我唔肯定有冇用蜜糖去煮, 但唔會好似紅色叉燒咁甜。沙爹墨魚鬚: 雖然墨魚鬚唔係咁爽, 但係沙爹醬味道一流, 忍唔住食多幾舊 (Uncle 推薦👍👍👍)。金裝焗釀蟹蓋。黑虎掌燻味鴨: 睇落去似樟茶鴨, 食落去味道更加濃, 因為醬汁比較多。加上有菇菌類做配菜, 完全沾上了香濃既汁而不太膩。海龍皇沙鍋粥: 當晚最名貴既"菜式", 用左海鮮例如蝦, 帶子去煮呢個粥, 所以絕對鮮味最後, 每人叫了一個天山雪棗無花果燉花膠。雪棗同無花果都好大粒, 跟花膠本應好夾; 但我嫌太重薑味, 辣味蓋過左應該有既甜味, 稍為不合口味!🙊
