我諗起朋友之前試過呢間酒樓話唔錯,咁啱今日喺佐敦唔知食咩好,所以就上去試吓。煙三文魚凱撒沙律,酒樓都有沙律食,幾特別,所以試吓,又唔錯,沙律菜都新鮮,煙三文魚都幾大片。香草芝士焗龍蝦,面頭焗得焦焦香香,芝士味都濃郁,隻龍蝦size都幾大隻。原個泰國椰竹笙花膠菜膽元貝,原個椰青都熱辣辣,即刻燉起,份面都幾足料,有竹笙花膠菜膽元貝,個湯好有老火湯feel。滋味一口牛,d牛煎得啱啱好,唔會太乾,好香蒜味。新鮮菠蘿即炸咕嚕肉,真係炸到脆卜卜,但肉質依然juicy,好有鑊氣,配埋新鮮菠蘿一齊食,一流。吊燒雞,燒到塊皮好薄好脆,d雞肉好滑,好惹味。油浸荀殼魚,d魚炸到好香脆,店員話呢條魚有6斤,原來大條荀殼魚咁好食,d魚肉勁滑。新鮮荷葉飯,入面好足料,d飯粒粒分明,唔會太濕,好香荷葉香味。古法蓮蓉焗布甸,而家好少酒樓有得食,所以就叫黎試吓,真係勁多西米,布甸入面有層蓮蓉,唔太甜,好多味。佢地仲有免費汽水,啤酒同紅,白酒任飲。
