未夠鐘同朋友食飯,經過見到間裝修幾日本嘅居酒屋就入左去叫幾串串燒試下~去居酒屋梗係要叫酒啦,今次試咗佢個生姜啤酒,好濃嘅姜味好正!之後叫左幾串佢地嘅招牌串燒1)免治雞肉串 配新鮮生日本雞蛋黃醬汁呢個係佢地嘅經典招牌菜。攞起串燒稍微撈一撈個醬,咬落去外皮有燒烤既焦香 , 入面就依然多汁。個汁有好濃既蛋黃香,醬汁唔會太濃喧賓奪主,我地實在太鐘意所以留低左要黎點其他串食🤣2)焦糖甘薯串一串有兩件,師傅燒得好好,首先將甘薯放係爐上面燒,再係其中一面鋪滿砂糖,再用火槍燒到變成脆卜卜既焦糖!咬落去甘薯唔會太乾,甜甜地幾好食!3)雞皮串雞肝呢排好中意食燒雞皮,嚟到梗係要叫啦!即叫即燒都燒左成15分鐘😂好彩冇令我失望,每一粒都好脆卜卜🤤雞肝就燒到啱啱好唔會過熟,入口唔會腥,唔會乾,唔錯4)燒豆腐燒豆腐好好食!!!我本身唔係好中意食豆腐,但係呢個豆腐滑得嚟味道好夠,而且有少少炭燒味好香口,係今餐MVP👍🏻另外叫咗串雞肉,梅醬紫蘇黑豚同埋牛肋肉,不過就較為普通。整體嚟講我覺得嘢食嘅質素配合埋環境值得一試👍🏻

3)雞皮串雞肝
呢排好中意食燒雞皮,嚟到梗係要叫啦!即叫即燒都燒左成15分鐘😂好彩冇令我失望,每一粒都好脆卜卜🤤
雞肝就燒到啱啱好唔會過熟,入口唔會腥,唔會乾,唔錯

4)燒豆腐
