平時行過就已經好想試下呢間「岳川串揚」,今日終於搵到個時間試試佢🤣招牌大阪士手燒牛舌(小)$48雖然叫左細份,但分量一啲都唔少,有成6-7件厚厚嘅牛舌同埋蘿蔔,牛舌唔韌、牛舌同蘿蔔兩者都非常入味👍🏻帶子三文魚籽(揚)$40@食落外皮酥脆,內裏嘅帶子味道鮮甜,熟度岩岩好,仍然保持住鮮嫩嘅口感,再配上鹹鮮嘅三文魚子同埋他他醬,食落都幾特別炸物除左帶子之外仲叫左雞皮餃子、黑豚肉五花、北海道天使蝦同廣島蠔,廣島蠔肉質飽滿、蠔味濃郁,天使蝦口感彈牙,必叫!而黑豚豬五花係非常有驚喜,平常炸物好少叫豬肉,因為怕係好乾好硬,但呢度嘅炸五花肉串係好juice😍雞皮餃子都好值得一試,外皮炸得好香口而且炸啱啱好,內裏都係保有肉汁燒明太子 $78燒明太子香港唔係非常多地方有得食,但呢間整得幾唔錯,保持到明太子嘅口感,又為明太子嘅鹹鮮味加添左一啲燒過嘅香氣,我另外仲叫左燒飯糰🍙自製明太子飯糰😋味噌田樂燒茄子 $68茄子質素好好,食落真係有蔬菜嘅鮮甜味👍🏻加上特調味噌燒完之後,茄子肉質柔軟,充滿迷人嘅焦香味道櫻花蝦湯烏冬(熱) $58烏冬口感彈牙,櫻花蝦份量好多,成個湯底好鮮甜~如果怕食太多串揚會好熱氣,叫一份櫻

茄子質素好好,食落真係有蔬菜嘅鮮甜味👍🏻加上特調味噌燒完之後,茄子肉質柔軟,充滿迷人嘅焦香味道

櫻花蝦湯烏冬(熱) $58
烏冬口感彈牙,櫻花蝦份量好多,成個湯底好鮮甜~如果怕食太多串揚會好熱氣,叫一份櫻花蝦湯烏冬都係唔錯嘅選擇
