男朋友生日當然要同佢食餐好,朋友介紹我黎呢間高質抵食西餐,價錢唔貴之餘,食物質素極高,仲可以食到dry aged steak步入門口已經見到冷藏櫃擺滿著dry aged steak望下個menu,前菜、主菜連埋甜品,呢個價錢食到dry aged steak,絕對抵食我同男友主菜都揀左steak,前菜就各自揀其他,試下唔同野Oyster on Chef selection生蠔好鮮甜,有淡淡既海水味Summer Truffle Porcini toast牛肝菌與黑松露味濃郁,係口中蔓延著,配合多士進食,味道恰好King Crab Leg蟹腳有手指般長,蟹肉紮實厚肉,蘸上特製醬汁,鮮味無比Daily seasonal Clams硯肉大大粒,白汁重奶油香味且帶點微辣,令人食唔停口Dry aged 30 days ‘Greater Omaha’ sirloin 我地叫左熟度係medium,肉質鮮嫩甘甜,牛香味濃Dark chocolate tiramisu平時食開傳統tiramisu,今次加入左黑朱古力發現原來都好好食,黑朱古力和咖啡味配搭好好,入口先甜後甘,口感層次非常豐富另外杯野飲係tail
