To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食千兩最好係預先拎定飛，否則有可能要等兩小時，都未能入座。以日本野黎講，千兩既性價比算好高，同集團既元氣雖然平大約一成，但用料不夠千兩新鮮，千兩既刺身同壽司唔會出現未解凍或擺太耐。份量亦好足，最重要係佢既WASABI係生磨，好有日本FEEL。甜品既紅豆係日本十勝紅豆，甜度十足，綠茶瑞士卷亦好濃綠茶味。服務方面，店員都好有禮貌，漏單同佢講，會好認真幫忙，唔會HEA你。食物出菜速度不會太急。海膽同拖羅經常缺貨，如果想食，要早D入座。
