Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両一向都有質素保證，所以每次來都必定會叫刺身，因為夠新鮮，雖然價錢唔係平但係佢嘅質素會令你願意比，今次叫咗個特盛壽司拼盤，佢嘅拖羅好好食，魚油嘅分布好好，特選刺身拼盤啲食材好新鮮， 最鍾意就係油甘魚同吞拿魚腩，十分鮮甜，而且每件都切得好厚身，我食得好滿足，食咗咁多凍野想食少少熱野，於是加咗一個茶碗蒸，茶碗蒸蒸得非常之滑，平時喺屋企都好鍾意食水蛋，但係自己整嘅水蛋係做唔到佢呢個咁滑，加上餐廳嘅環境同服務都很好，係一個唔錯嘅餐廳選擇
