新竹園軒係尖沙咀一間新開茶樓,之前媽媽接倒佢嘅傳單話想試下,就趁周末帶佢黎飲茶。店面同其他連鎖茶唔算大,不過坐得都鬆動唔會好迫。茶錢$15/位,花生$20/碟。鮮蝦腐皮卷($38) - 腐皮卷上枱時熱辣辣,腐皮煎到脆脆地,中間蝦肉爽口,簡單蘸喼汁食已經好食。招牌蝦餃皇($42) - 蝦餃皮唔會太厚,仲隱約見倒入面嘅餡料,蝦同豬肉比較各佔一半,肉質扎實。山竹牛肉球($34) - 牛肉球好腍好滑。南翔小籠包($38) - 小籠包包皮唔會太厚,但夾起時又唔會好易穿,入面嘅肉餡比平時食倒嘅小籠包多,不過上枱時都幾熱,最好攤一陣先食。流沙奶黃包($34) - 奶黃包好軟熟,掰開入面奶黃好流沙,奶黃味非常香濃。蠔油芥蘭($58) - 芥蘭冇苦澀味,芥蘭莖脆口唔會太老。楊枝金露($34) - 比想像中大碗,入面都好多芒果、碌柚同西米,酸甜度啱啱好。薑茶湯圓($30) - 薑茶重薑味又唔會太辣,湯圓用左寧波湯圓,雖然細粒啲,但湯丸皮好薄好湯,中間芝麻餡好流沙。總結,點心因為係即做,所以全部好夠熱,座位唔會太迫坐得舒服,招手都好容易叫倒侍應。
