每次嚟長沙灣探班,都會順手去呢間高質又平價嘅「燒味滷師」斬料加餸,今次當然亦唔例外。已經專登行左兩個圈,避開人潮,但係返轉頭都仍然見到有街坊喺度等緊外賣,足見店舖真係十分旺場。小店採前舖後工場設計,燒味即燒即出,夠晒新鮮。櫥窗入面掛滿了各式各樣嘅燒味,有燒鵝、燒排骨、雞翼、乳豬,款款都好吸引。另外收銀對面亦擺滿了一盒盒預先準備好嘅手撕雞。買左半隻至尊燒鵝 ($180)、燒味佬叉燒 ($40) 同 半隻原味手撕雞 ($60),三大盒,斤兩十足,非常墜手。燒鵝每日新鮮燒製,雖然拎到返屋企先至食,但係外皮仍然好香脆,好似食緊薄身嘅薯片咁,鵝肉肥瘦適中,嫩而不柴,充滿肉汁。叉燒賣相亦不錯,雖然唔係件件都有燶邊,但係切得都幾夠厚身,食落好有咬口,而且肉質鬆軟不死實,有蜜味同肉香,又唔會過份油膩。手撕雞有原味同麻辣兩款可供選擇,因為驚屋企人唔食得辣,所以買左原味。睇下雞肉嘅份量幾多,一啲都冇呃秤,肉質嫩滑又不太肥,加上面頭灑左粒粒芝麻,香濃惹味。
