To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到黃埔搵野食，想食台式野就揀左茶木，間店好近mtr，響黃埔天地美食坊，坐得好舒適，平時通常都係食牛肉麵，但見到menu多左食物既選擇，今次就嘗試下其他新野！金黃鹽酥雞就如其名一樣，炸到金黃色，香脆可口，咸味適中，雞肉同炸粉都幾平均，唔錯櫻花蝦花枝餅好似食緊有蝦味既花枝丸，好彈牙！台式鹵味拼盤集合糖心蛋、牛肚、牛𦟌、鹵水雞翼、豆腐、豬腩片，鹵水好入味，好抵食！軟殼蟹龍蝦汁手作麵第一次食呢個麵，龍蝦汁同手作麵幾夾，麵質煙韌有驚喜，軟殼蟹份量都唔小，值得一試！曲奇雪糕球拼雜莓吉士可頌窩夫賣相好靚，雜莓既甜夾到吉士，窩夫既口感好似食牛角包甘鬆化，茶木既甜品都做到幾有水準！下次一定會食埋佢其他既甜品
