📍火鍋頭今次二訪九龍城一間地區最強嘅單點火鍋店,大概半年前食過,一路都心心念念佢哋嘅湯底同埋豆腐紙,今次同朋友決定再食😙湯底我哋揀咗香甜椰子雞湯($188),入面有三黃雞,雞肉新鮮,有肉唔會全部都骨,湯底好鮮甜,店員即場開椰青倒落湯㡳,仲會刮埋入面嘅椰肉,夠哂香🤤配料叫左招牌手打黑松露墨魚滑($88),豆腐紙($32),手切新鮮本地牛頸脊($308),日本廣島蠔($88),招牌鮮炸金響鈴($58),野生竹笙($58),萵筍($42)同埋自家製竹蔗茅根($78)豆腐紙真係呢間舖既名物,好過癮,放落湯淥一下就食得,好甜好香豆味,又吸到湯底精華🤤另外佢哋嘅墨魚滑好爽口彈牙!如果兩個人都可以食碟牛頸脊,絕對夠晒滿足~
