To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過元氣， 今日到青衣城分店，平時每次排隊都排好耐， 今次終於畀我等到！今日都食咗好多款壽司，有 赤貝、 火炙黑椒三文魚、 赤海蝦、 燒珍寶皇帝蟹棒、 芥辣八爪魚、海膽墨魚、 北寄貝沙律、炸蝦卷、 帆立貝配柑橘汁、 豪華軍艦三點、 北寄貝、蟹子軍艦、 帆立貝配夏柑汁、日向柑橘白蝦卷、 厚燒玉子芝士味，最後還有烏冬！ 以上比較鍾意吃芥辣八爪魚，鮮甜美味帆立貝，日向柑橘白蝦卷味道特別， 烏冬都幾嫩滑，一Ｄ都唔普通！
