To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日午市黎到呢間社企餐廳食日本野,入到黎見到裝修好靚,好似其他omakase嘅餐廳。叫左一個lunch set,包飲品、沙律、麵豉湯、蒸蛋、小菜、甜品,上菜實物好靚。魚生好厚切好有光澤😍,擺盤亦好靚,晶瑩剔透嘅三文魚子。但唔食薑 & Wasabi嘅記得要走,唔記得走添😭蒸蛋好滑好食,小菜、沙律好fresh,成個lunch set咁豐富好滿足;甜品係幾舊密瓜。魚生好有鮮味,魚味濃,功勞都要歸於厚切,令到口感好正大大啖、好好食。😋總結:水準同其他高質日本餐廳無異,好食、裝修環境、服務也很好;大家多d發掘社企餐廳啦,食餐飯又可以幫到社會!😍💕
