之前已經試過銅鑼灣既申子居酒屋,野食好有質素,今次帶個朋友黎旺角黑布街既分店再試下。😆😆申子既裝修都係以幽暗同深木色為主,主要行型格路線。情侶黎或者一班朋友黎都好適合。🥰🥰首先黎既係深海池魚刺身,魚肉雖然比較薄身,但勝在夠新鮮,而且口感非常爽口,魚肉結實彈牙,非常口錯。😄😄接住黎既係申子好出名既鹽燒牛舌芯。今次再食仍然保封水準,牛舌好厚身,口感柔軟,而且油脂感豐富,簡單以鹽黎調味已經足夠。主食仲有蓬鬆玉子,表面有大量既葱同埋日式大阪燒醬。玉子口感好滑溜,一切開已經有大量蛋汁流出黎,而且蛋味濃郁帶少許奶香。🥰🥰最後黎既係油揚腐皮烏冬同埋巨大蝦球。前者湯底清淡,唔會油膩,而且烏冬彈牙爽口,加上腐皮帶少許甜味,好啱我口味。而後者一上枱果陣,我地都嚇咗一跳,真係好大粒,入面有大量既蝦粒,而且蝦膠都好彈牙,外皮又炸得非常香脆,口感層次分明,好值得一試。😋😋
