To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去果欄入貨， 行到傍晚鬼死咁肚餓， 即刻找附近餐廳醫肚，在 openrice找到間餐廳叫(紅煮意)個名好特別， 於是就想去試下，餐廳位於一樓 ， 行上樓梯就到， 樓梯兩旁有些食物相， 對於肚餓嘅我， 望見都流緊口水😂入到去環境好舒服， 這間餐廳星期六還有live music， 可惜我哋去嗰日係星期日。實在太肚餓， 即刻拿拿聲叫兩個餐食住先1 香草燒法式羊仔架$132 份量也不少，大大件羊架， 還有好新鮮沙律菜，真係超值 食落肉質好嫩滑， 不會煎得過熟，恰到好處2.蜜汁燒ʙʙ豬仔骨 . 薯條$160豬仔骨煮得好冧, 肉汁鮮甜， 配上蜜汁，味道非常美味。北海道帶子刺身$78帶子好厚身，好鮮甜， 食落好有口感。套餐還跟湯&沙律菜 &蒜蓉包+ 還有跟茶或咖啡這裡套餐非常抵食， 下次星期六再嚟幫襯，可以邊食邊聽音樂
