之前喺西貢都幫襯過,聽聞開業嘅麵包師傅攞過好多獎,大有來頭,難得喺黃大仙有分店,經過就買來回味下。葡撻$9 ($45@6個)買左返到屋企再焗返熱食,葡撻酥皮非常鬆化,無油膩嘅感覺,而且幾香牛油味。蛋漿幾滑,唔會太甜。法式布甸麵包 $15用170度焗左四分半鐘,焗到只係外面熱,法式麵包外脆,個麵包感覺好輕盈,布甸超級多,甜度剛好。黑糖麻薯紫米布甸包$20估唔到又幾match,可能我本身幾鍾意食麻薯,紫米,煙煙韌韌,呢個雪凍左比較好食。栗子麻薯布甸麵包 $20粟子cream唔會太甜,麻薯軟糯煙韌。千島雜錦pizza $45同樣焗返熱先食,pizza勁大塊,好足料,薄餅邊焗完超香脆。鍾意佢用德國豬肉腸,比起辣肉腸好似冇咁多肥肉,仲有火腿,豬肉漢堡及菠蘿粒粒。

估唔到又幾match,可能我本身幾鍾意食麻薯,紫米,煙煙韌韌,呢個雪凍左比較好食。

粟子cream唔會太甜,麻薯軟糯煙韌。
