To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去食一間特別嘅西餐~Lab Eat Restaurant~,特別在係一間好正式嘅西餐廳,特別在係一間好優質嘅西餐廳,特別在係環境寬敞舒適,好好chill嘅西餐廳。也許價格係比較高,但環境,食物,高質嘅服務,各方面都覺得係值得。餐廳外閃閃發光,靠住店內掛上白色嘅小燈泡。位置剛好喺街角,隔離係學校,所以街上絕對唔會有人來人往嘅情況,私密度好高。店內燈光柔和,枱上放有小燭台,加埋播放優雅嘅音樂,整個環境幽靜浪漫,十分舒適愜意。 先黎個餐前麵包,麵包嘅質地軟熟得黎又煙韌,配上有提鮮作用嘅黑醋橄欖油,更加相得益彰,簡簡單單嘅餐包已經覺得好好食。 豬不太敢食生蠔,主要怕自己頂唔住生蠔嘅腥味,但今晚好想試下呢個法國生蠔,試下原汁原味嘅食法,所以都order左個。生蠔好肥美,原來新鮮生蠔真係好好食,充份試到海水同生蠔嘅鮮甜味,質感係爽滑。怕腥的話,加d新鮮檸檬汁同CocktailSauce,提升蠔嘅鮮味,都一樣好食。配上kessler riesling,白酒嘅果酸味道可帶起蠔嘅鮮味,亦唔會蓋過蠔味。 另外杯 Masca Monte Porzio Catone係配紅肉喺menu見到呢個海膽多士,兩眼

喺menu見到呢個海膽多士,兩眼都發光。通常海膽都係生食,但搭配多士熱熱地感覺都幾新穎。海膽多士賣相好有氣派,海膽份量絕對唔少,真材實料,味道濃厚清甜。鋪喺烤到好鬆脆嘅多士上,一試難忘。

特色卡邦尼扁意粉,意粉煙韌有嚼勁,每條意粉都沾滿醬汁,金黃色嘅賣相非常吸引。意粉有蛋香,芝士味濃厚鮮明,口感creamy。煙肉厚身有咬口,帶著鹹香,味道香濃。上菜時見到碟大大,意粉少少,點知個碟好有深度,意粉食極都唔完,所以建議share食。

呢個澳州M5和牛肉眼真係超大塊,脂肪分佈均勻,紋理十分清晰,不含牛筋,口感十分細嫩。鮮嫩嘅肉質,配合大理紋油花,入口即溶化,肉和油花融為一體,散發住十分濃郁嘅牛肉同微微嘅碳燒香味。調味方面只配上鹽同芥末醬,簡單但完全食出肉眼嘅原味道,好味到不得之了。

檸檬意大利雪糕配蘋果水晶批
Gelato用鮮奶、忌廉、雞蛋和糖黎製作。因為用嘅忌廉比製作一般雪糕少,油脂低,加上空氣含量較少,冰粒幼細,密度較高,所以質感特別綿滑。檸檬口味味道清爽,甜而不膩,每一口都帶黎一種refresh嘅感覺,中和返頭先意粉同肉眼嘅膩感。紅色一粒粒嘅脆脆酸酸甜甜,同Gelato非常匹配。而蘋果水晶批QQ彈彈,味道不甜,帶有蘋果香。食埋呢個甜品,呢餐真係食得好滿足,簡單幸福嘅滋味🥰
