餐廳位於中環,裝修雅致,而且有高樓底同落地大玻璃,空間感十足,餐廳後面仲有個環境幾靚嘅小酒吧,啱晒同朋友飲下酒傾吓偈餐廳開業一周年,特別推出咗Anniversary Menu,menu包裝好多嘢食都幾抵食,平時一份牛扒都唔止呢個價錢!1️⃣Charcoal Baguette & Focaccia兩款麵包都係hand-made,Focaccia比較軟熟,Baguette就硬身啲,兩款都烘得熱辣辣,配埋法國煙燻牛油同原粒蒜頭食味道好夾Hamachi & Salmon ceviche 由油甘魚、三文魚粒同柑橘粒造成,將餡料放上大塊炸餃子皮一齊食,口感豐富,刺身都新鮮Classic cocktail prawn 凍蝦大隻又彈牙,配上Cocktail sauce 同新鮮檸檬汁都幾refreshing2️⃣Pan seared foie gras 鵝肝面頭煎至金黃,熟度拿捏得啱啱好而且幾香口,配上無花果、多士、黑醋中和油膩感Signature crab crepe 薄薄嘅蛋皮裏面包住蟹肉,好多蟹肉係入邊😋連埋三文魚子一齊食都鮮甜Beef cheek Cavatelli 長通粉配粒粒牛面頰肉,有陣時怕呢啲菜

Charcoal Baguette & Focaccia兩款麵包都係hand-made,Focaccia比較軟熟,Baguette就硬身啲,兩款都烘得熱辣辣,配埋法國煙燻牛油同原粒蒜頭食味道好夾

Wild catch Chilean seabass 新鮮智利海鱸魚肉質嫩滑,仲有蔬菜同蕃茄做伴碟
NYC dessert platter 有芝士蛋糕同fig chocolate tart,芝士蛋糕係我鍾意食嘅硬質感,好creamy同芝士味重,至於朱古力撻都幾濃郁

Wine pairing就配咗呢三款酒
1️⃣Ayala Champagne 有 citrus, flower同sugar cookie flavour,配前菜幾清新
2️⃣Escudo Rojo Reserva Chardonnay (2022) 帶點老派嘅礦物味,滲透住melon, pear 同 lime嘅味道, quite tropical 配海鮮類食物都襯
3️⃣Marques De Riscal Doca (2019) 呢隻紅酒帶點肉桂、黑胡椒同甘草味道,餘韻沉穩,適合配搭牛扒/羊架
