前兩日去荃灣探朋友,晚上一齊去打冷,餐廳在一樓,經過一條長樓梯,起初以為餐廳好細,推門一進,原來都有好多枱,有好多食客。韮菜豬紅,我們點了細的,但份量都幾多,豬紅好滑,但不會散,很入味,辣辣的又不太辣,好惹味,韮菜亦爽脆,比以往食的好味。蠔仔肉碎粥,是打冷必點的,蠔仔都好多,沒有腥味,粥底夠入味,有鮮香,三人食都足夠有餘。潮式蠔仔餅,與台灣的蚵仔煎完全不同,這店的是很酥脆的,帶咸香,蠔仔與粉醬比例通中,加些魚露和辣醬更能提升鮮味,入口非常香脆。小炒皇,用料十足,用大蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚、腰果、韮菜等一齊炒,想唔香都難,加上韮菜夠新鮮,十分爽脆,入口感覺是咸香鮮脆,夠惹味。薯仔一口牛,牛柳粒軟滑,炒得夠香,但主角是薯仔,每件外層都有微脆香甜的感覺,個個都爭著食薯仔。雖牛柳好味,可是薯仔更好味。大檸Tea,果然名符其實超大,一杯有一升,三個人都夠飲,而且有成果檸檬,以前未見過檸茶可以有那麼多檸檬。
