To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗西九龍中心臥虎藏龍，淨係泰國菜，閒閒哋都唔少選擇。試過4、5間都冇中伏，仲要抵食指數爆燈💡💡💡💡💡回頭率極高！👁👁呢間係我其中一間私心推介： 高質《海南滑雞飯$40》平絕全場！質素一啲都唔揸流灘。鍾意食雞皮嘅我將舊肥美雞皮放入口，雞油香爆發！是日幸運地有雞髀，好滑好滑真係好滑！仲要送湯同油飯，冇嘢可以挑剔。我嘅第二最愛《菠蘿鮮蝦炒飯$45》另一高質之作。 鹹鹹甜甜，唔係雪藏蝦，採用新鮮菠蘿，仲有肉鬆舖面，非常惹味。正正子！小店位置離開咗 food court 中心，比較近溜冰場嗰邊，容易錯失唔少人流，值得多啲人留意。
