To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經好耐冇喺香港食過高質嘅拉麵，太多陰影。。今日同同事泥食farewell飯，第一次食中環嘅豚王！好在lunch hour係12點，唔洗等位就入得！我叫左黑王，朋友叫左限定王(蟹膏+蟹肉) ，黑王真心正，我本身以為係黑蒜，但原來係墨汁，超濃香味，麵質都係我預期的，有口感份量剛好，食完都好飽飽！另外偷食左朋友少少蟹膏，都幾鮮，佢個湯底清清地，佢食得好歡喜~我地4個人霸左張4人枱，很好很好，可以自己傾計唔洗搭枱
