Restaurant: BAI FUNG BENTO (Yue Man Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情期間,盡量唔係餐廳內進食,發掘高質素外賣都係一般人頭痕既事。觀塘的裕民坊商場,就開左間性價比算高既台式便當,就下了單嗌個外賣。今次落既係鹽酥雞配米粉。台灣的新竹米粉,係相當有名,幼細而爽口,係廣東米粉不能媲美。當年,早年曾爆出新竹米粉醜聞,才知道爽口彈牙既新竹米粉,原來係用粟米芯做。any肥,好味就得啦!而百芳的米粉,真係好爽口彈牙。配上台式肉燥,將啲米粉混合黎食,係完美嘅配搭。佢哋既肉燥半肥瘦,有啲似東坡肉,混合左米粉後既肥膏,滲入落米粉內,good 鹽酥雞都係中上水準,佢哋有落淮鹽和五香粉,食落口感幾好。佢哋既珍奶🧋,淡淡地,但就適合喜歡小甜既人。食過另一間既堂食,知道佢哋外賣份量會變細,但如果唔係太肚餓既話,個份量都Ok ge 。
