To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日加姐請食壽司所以唔洗睇價錢.呢間唔係高速車中間係回轉壽司旁邊係卡位茶係用綠茶粉（我其實鐘意綠茶包多d).今日食左d咩呢蒸蛋幾滑上面果2條應該係粉絲因為完全唔彈牙其實可以唔放軟殻蟹手卷紫菜新鮮既冇軟但軟殻蟹唔係即炸凍到出油但....即使係咁都係好食既如果即炸我會比滿分火黑椒三文魚壽司14蚊2件呢個最好食冇得輸沙律醬同黑椒好夾燒過既三文魚有火槍香味正帶子好夠甜....14蚊但太軟唔夠實我唔太鐘意...三文魚魚腩壽司10蚊呢個好明顯係好脆既三文魚好比和牛中既a5和牛食完一口油鐘意油香既會好鐘意但我比較鐘意爭鮮果d 一半肉香一半油香就夠
