好少過去何文田食嘢,今日朋友約咗我過去食日本菜,千府·居食屋係新開昭和風日式居酒屋,裝修擺設都充滿日式風情。晚市餐前小食:用火熱住西班牙提魚醬,將青瓜、紅蘿蔔、沙葛條點嚟食,味道鹹香。櫻花可樂:日本原裝進口,蘊含迷人的櫻花香氣,順口爽快的口感.海盜芝士:酒盜是魚內臟醃漬,配芝士和餅乾食我都係第一次,味道好特別又有口感!千府火炙盛盒:有中拖羅、北海道帆立貝、左口魚裙邊、三文魚各兩件,火炙過啲食材有外熟內生的口感。尤其是油脂豐腴的魚件,魚油滲入醋飯之中,增添風味及層次。手作免治雞肉軟骨餅:加入照燒汁煎熟, 再點一點日本雞蛋,香脆的外層加上軟骨的爽脆咬口,再添蛋香,美味可口!日本黑豚腩肉:豬腩部位肉質纖維較細,肌肉間脂肪較多,帶有濃郁油香風味!宇治抹茶十勝紅豆布丁:宇治抹茶特有的濃郁香氣,與北海道產十勝紅豆的柔和甜味好夾,美味的甜品!
