海鰻壽司非常新鮮,由蒸煮過的鰻魚肉搭配醬汁和飯食用,肉質有彈性,唔會好似一般軟綿綿嘅口感,口感絕佳。灸燒三文魚腩左口魚背玉子飯拼牛肉手打烏冬,三文魚腩和左口魚背都是高級刺身食材,左口魚油脂香氣十足,經過灸燒後更加美味。再加上玉子飯,飯量唔多,想搵輕食嘅話,呢道料理應該是一個絕佳的選擇。配上熱食湯烏冬,濃郁的日式烏冬麵,搭配嫩滑的牛肉。手打的烏冬麵應該更有嚼勁,讓人回味無窮。幾適合。生蠔海水味極重,咸度滿分,未食過嘅味道。係呢間日式餐廳,估唔到最驚喜嘅會係甜品,綠茶忌廉同紅豆蓉一如既往嘅相配,綠茶忌廉唔會太甜,仲keep到綠茶嘅苦甘香。酥皮烤得香脆,有牛油香,但唔會滿手油膩油膩。
