To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食飯時間經過千兩總係人山人海，今晚就決定同朋友試吓有幾好食。等左45分鐘後終於有得入坐，我地兩個人都安排到卡位。牛肉稻庭手打烏冬烏冬煮得剛好彈牙，小麥味好香，牛肉唔係平時啲肥牛，牛味好香又腍。腐皮壽司腐皮好甜，加上入面壽司飯撈左芝麻，好香江戶前日本甜蛋(柚子風味)壽司玉子份量多過飯好多，玉子好出色，肉到香好鬆化軟身，蛋味又香千兩厚燒日本甜蛋(松露醬)呢款同樣出色，加上黑松露，一大啖好滿足炙燒三文魚壽司我最愛，燒過半熟嘅三文魚比生三文魚香好多炙燒牛油珍寶帶子壽司好好食，牛油味好香，燒得剛好無過火炙燒鰻魚壽司普普通通，都好食但無其他壽司咁驚喜特盛豪華吞拿魚牛油果卷意想不到吞拿魚同牛油果係咁夾，吞拿魚份量好多，鋪滿卷物面牛油果軟殻蟹卷原本應該好好食，可惜啲軟殻蟹有少少腍左總括而言，值得一過，即使價錢比較貴。唯一係要會員先可以訂枱，想食最好早少少攞籌。
