今日去完圖書館吸收文藝氣息,之後去了勝利道食飯,不經不覺原來這裏都開了很多間食肆,而這間千府居食屋以日本菜為主。一坐下店員送上二人份量的小食,都是居酒屋常見的鯷魚醬配清甜沙葛及青瓜等。清酒煮蜆:蜆肉鮮甜無沙,有淡淡的酒香,蜆肉每隻脹卜卜,十分肥美。天府將大板燒:大板燒表面淋上沙律醬、紫菜及蟹子等,兩面煎至乾爽,中間有很多的蝦肉及蔬菜,粉漿煎得剛熟透,而且熱辣辣又不會太厚。厚岸生蠔:生蠔已淋上酸汁,蠔肉爽口鮮甜無渣,而且很大隻又脹卜卜,有淡淡海水咸味。七點刺身:海膽表面略為火炙,入口甘香;三文魚腩夠肥,入口溶化;帶子及牡丹蝦鮮甜爽口。宇治抹茶十勝紅豆布丁:布丁茶味很香又夠滑。食日本料理怎可以不配支清酒,陣陣米香甜味又不嗆喉。
