Bifaninha 呢款前菜係大里肌豬肉三文治,入邊有啲橄欖油,同埋包都係用橄欖整,入口啲豬肉有啲辣,加埋橄欖油,非常開胃,作為前菜一流!Robalo Grelhado呢個係一條sea bass,佢用腌料醃到魚肉鮮甜,完全唔腥,魚肉亦都唔會好霉,加埋香料層次好豐富。另外佢個薯仔,啲湯未入晒去,薯仔唔硬之餘,份外甜美。Grelhada Mista呢一個係一個雜扒飯,再配薯菜既概念。但係上菜嘅方式就十分優雅,佢用一串鐵針,穿起晒牛肉豬肉同雞翼,配上獨特嘅醬汁,有辣有唔辣,任你選擇。白飯上面亦都有雞油味,好似食緊海南雞飯嘅感覺。加上伴碟有啲沙律清新口感。環境店內環境十分有異國風情,裝修獨特。好似去咗另一個國家咁,加上店舖家族經營,食品都好有地道風格。最特別就係有駐場結他手會為大家獻唱,大家仲可以向佢點歌,聽大家鍾意既歌,令到餐飯既氣氛提升咗好多!

Robalo Grelhado
