今晚去了尖沙咀食泰國菜,餐廳有室外露台,但已蓋上帳篷且有冷氣,所以都幾舒服。原盅椰青大頭蝦冬蔭功湯的大頭蝦肉質較結實及爽彈,蝦膏鮮味及椰青清甜合二為一,加上泰式香料味道,冬蔭功湯比平時少了分酸辣味,反而帶點清甜。鹽燒牛舌燒至表面帶焦,比較有咬口;沙爹汁有粒粒花生碎,雞肉嫩腍。小食拼盤有雞卷、魚餅、蝦餅、春卷,足二至三人分享,雞卷是免治雞肉做,入口較腍;蝦餅彈牙;春卷香脆配酸甜醬可減輕油膩感。火焰老虎蝦淋上烈酒後點火,陣陣蝦殼的焦香味,虎蝦新鮮彈牙,加上濃郁咖喱汁香及椰汁甜味,蝦肉惹味。泰式香辣蝦膏海鮮炒金邊粉因無河粉所以轉了金邊粉,金邊粉不糊口且帶點爽,蝦膏味略淡,不過配料豐富,有三色椒、蝦及青口等。
