一餐圓滿嘅邊爐又點可以唔嗌刺身🤨見到隔離大大盤象拔蚌, 我哋就叫咗幾款豐洲直送嘅白身魚再加南澳龍蝦刺身. 擺盤好靚, 金目鯛, 油甘魚同龍蝦都好鮮甜. 金目鯛比想像中好食, 啲皮好似火炙過嚟. 龍蝦份量好多, 食極都仲有, 好抵食☺️ 食完之後, 個龍蝦頭仲可以俾店員切件再放落鍋度淥埋嚟食🙃

🥘湯底: 秘製麻辣鍋 + 野菌黑松露湯鍋

有成十幾款湯底揀, 最後揀咗呢兩款. 麻辣鍋辣度適中唔會刺鼻, 就算用響鈴嚟掛汁都可以一啖食哂. < 亂入: 好多時啲響鈴浸落湯度三幾秒就冧哂, 但呢度嗰啲浸多幾秒都仲好挺身同脆脆哋. 配麻辣湯底不得了🙃 > 個野菌黑松露湯無麻辣鍋咁搶味, 但真係預咗俾你當湯咁飲, 啖啖都係黑松露, 連refill個樽底都有厚厚嘅一層黑松露, 要攪匀先倒到啲精華出嚟🙃

🥩頂級新鮮手切本地肥牛(大)

Layout唔錯, 每一塊肥牛都好大塊, 厚切同埋顏色紅潤. 牛肉同油花嘅比例算適中. 好耐無試過浸落湯度要等一陣先熟. 食落肉味算濃同唔靭, 點埋麻醬同炸蒜一齊食好夾🙃

🥟自家製黑松露帶子湯包/ 自家製蟹皇包

呢度有幾款特色自家製餃子, 揀多樣都係加十蚊, 又大大粒咁,梗係試多樣啦. 個黑松露湯包好重黑松露味就唔使多講啦, 每個包入面仲有半粒帶子, 淥落黑松露湯底度淋埋啲黑松露係上面一齊食直頭係雙重享受😋 不過個人覺得蟹皇包仲正. 皮薄, 入面全部都係蟹膏蟹肉再加切左粒嘅菇, 真材實料,食到停唔到口. 兩款包個樣實在太似, 所以蟹皇包下面係加咗片紅蘿蔔嚟做記認, 咁我哋先至可以梅花間竹咁試😌

🐽豬八戒拼盤

擺位好靚而且份量好多, 三至四個frd打邊爐/ 鍾意食豬嘅朋友嗌呢個就啱嘞. 拼盤有本地黑毛豬, 豬頸肉, 粉腸, 豬肺同豬肚. 豬頸肉係厚切同埋砌成花朵形狀, 幾特別. 個人認為黑毛豬同豬肚最好味. 豬肚好冧, 同麻辣湯底好match🙃

兩塊蓮藕中間夾咗蝦膠, 配麻辣湯底口味更佳. 蝦膠好入味. 如果蓮藕再薄切少少會更好🙃

總結: 好彩最後過咗嚟食🍻呢度嘅湯底, 肉類同刺身都睇得食得, 重量但係又重質, 而且可以慢慢坐, 無壓迫感. 下次要約多兩個人晏晝嚟食, 試埋佢啲刺身丼飯同埋日本雪糕先得🙆🏻‍♂️
