呢排成日OT到好夜今晚約咗個同事一齊吹下水呻下。我地去咗呢間《心夜來潮》食潮州菜飲啤酒。我地冇叫主食,叫咗幾個菜:醬滷鵝腸:鵝腸滷得非常入味,好淋,而且非常肥美,但卻不會有很油膩的感覺,煮得很好我自己好鐘意食鵝腸,現在好少找到煮得好食的餐廳了!火焰辣酒煮醉螺:另一款推薦的菜式,首先是份量極多,有差不多40隻。螺新鮮,而且上枱後個爐會一直煮啲螺,保持溫度,越煮越入味,又辣又刺激傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙:同一般台式蠔仔餅不同,潮式比較脆口,用來送酒一流。用鴨蛋加蔥花令入口時更香口,而且蠔仔的份量亦很多,差不多每一啖都食到有蠔仔砂煲生啫鱔:鱔又係另一道不容易煮得好食的菜式,而呢度的確係煮得唔錯。鱔本身肥美,咬下去油脂好豐富同彈口。生啫鱔係喺鱔上用上鼓汁,然後用砂煲焗熟,鼓汁很入味卻唔會蓋過咗鱔本身的味道,一流潮式啫啫通菜:本身想叫個菜清淡啲,但後來發覺都係重口味的哈哈咸咸香香的味道同通菜好夾,又係用嚟送酒的一個好選擇本來只係諗住同朋友隨便食餐飯飲杯酒,點知食到一餐咁高質的潮州菜實在係驚喜,下次再同屋企人嚟食過
