To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前曾嘗過滷水鵝三寶外賣兩次，感覺鵝肉質素高入味有肉香，今晚決定試試堂食如何！潮州米醋一上枱，已經香氣撲鼻，正鵝頭頸色澤麗亮，肉嫩皮爽，味透入骨。鵝三寶有鵝肉，鵝肝，鵝腸。鵝肉軟滑充滿濃濃滷汁香。鵝肝是新派做法，粉嫩滑溜帶著微微嘅甘香。鵝腸未算是肥美，剛剛能達標，始終要迎合本地口味。檸檬鴨湯入口清甜之餘還滲透著絲絲檸檬香氣。九肚魚烙呢個潮州pizza，整個烙都被九肚魚肉舖得滿滿，咬落脆脆烙邊連帶魚肉入口嘅感覺係幸福。韮菜粿雖然唔係我心目中形態，然而味道餡料都可以，餡料如果能夠再充實就會更好。本想點叫普寧豆腐，但廚房話今日唔賣，因為天氣太熱變壞咗倒哂！好！好！有借口再嚟食，要食哂餐牌為止。
