成枱夾埋百幾歲潮洲人,都係第一次聽到有蠔爽哩味餸,好奇之下叫嚟試試,上枱後可能大家都食得七七八八,加上調味都係普通既薑蔥蒜椒,而鑊氣唔算好強,並無驚喜,味度有點似一般酒樓食到既薑蔥蠔,分別係哩個蠔爽細細粒,容易食。

要湊米氣既朋友最後都係要叫個最馳名既蠔仔粥,有方魚有蠔仔,好豐富既飯食。

福果芋泥  - 用芋頭、豬油混和而成既邪惡美味,就連白果都係糖水浸既,鍾意食甜既,又唔怕漏既一定唔可以錯過

薑薯係個潮州特產,口感似淮山既澱粉類食品,而煮熟後令糖水有獨特既黏黏口感﹔而清心丸綠豆爽係粒粒綠頭同少少啫喱既組合,兩碗糖水味道係淡淡既甜味,清清地而口感唔同,可以話係平分秋色。

成餐飯好滿意,店員熱情,朋友反而覺得佢太過熱情,下次一定要再返嚟食牛丸同鵝腸。
