因為有選擇恐懼症(?),睇嚟睇去都唔知揀乜嘢好.又要啱食,又要就住荷包.可能夥記見我好煩惱,就話大部分食材都可以揀半份,價錢亦都減半,超級體貼.

一開始叫咗特級美國肥牛,夥記強烈推介招牌手切牛頸脊,話來貨質素非常好.我見價錢差唔係好多,咁就叫啦.雖然我冇見過的美國肥牛,但係都覺得加錢換牛頸脊係正確嘅選擇.雖然呢一種唔係非常嫩滑嘅牛肉,但係牛肉味好濃郁,有咬口. 好怕鞋既牛肉,開頭嗰幾件都煮得特別生,甚至有一丁點嘅紅色,因為怕煮得太熟會韌,浪費咗靚牛肉.之後掛著同朋友吹水,牛肉煮耐咗先攞返出嚟,咬落去完全唔係生生地嘅牛肉可以比既,肉質變得綿嫩而且油脂业香,索多咗湯汁再加上牛肉本身嘅味道, 真係....

豬粉腸我不嬲只係一般,朋友話咬咗一啖有啲粉狀物咇出嚟即係代表係好嘢,我真係唔識.

鮮豬腰一睇個樣就知道話啦,不過切得好薄,所以要非常注意時間,否則煮耐咗就會鞋.

醉雞件難得煮完仲有花雕味,而且雞肉相當嫩滑,皮下脂肪少之餘又唔會顯得鞋颯颯.

都唔係第一次打邊爐叫鱔片,但係咁大片嘅鱔片因為當火鍋配料我真係未見過,差啲放唔落鏡頭~餐廳算捨得畀人食.難得鱔皮好肥美,估唔到除咗蒸鱔或者油錐以外都食到依種魚嘅油膩感,超肥味.

自制四寶丸.
墨魚丸-我可以肯定,墨魚嘅比例應該好高.係咁多~ 
蝦丸-感覺似食緊蝦餃,因為咬落係有蝦嘅質感同埋味道,而唔係食緊用蝦肉整成既丸.
牛丸-實實地,唔係面粉丸,不過都係另外叫既果碟更好.
鯪魚球-鯪魚味激重,印象係用鯪魚滑加固整成既丸.

唐生菜 非常翠綠, 爽脆, 新鮮, 冇其他形容詞~

飯後飲兩杯酸梅湯,飲好嘢食好西,又有動力聽日繼續工作.
