招牌牛肉飯✨將原條牛骨髓精華加入石鍋飯,牛油香氣四溢😍個飯不愧係招牌菜好好食,由於牛脂感相對較重,好易飽到食唔晒🙈

飯後點品揀咗幾有韓國特色嘅人參同米酒雪糕~人蔘雪糕上面有好多人蔘脆粒,口感有層次,甜中帶有人參嘅回甘味,有驚喜😳米酒雪糕嘅牛奶同米酒香味平衡得好好,即使唔好酒嘅朋友都會啱食😉

Oldie係一杯酒體比較強嘅cocktail,威士忌加上牛肉精,溫醇口感配搭熟成肉一流👍
Sureau嘅基底係接骨木花加上氣泡酒,氣泡感有助解膩,冰塊融化後果味更突出,好啱女仔口味✨
