呢次和朋友去咗一間主打高質燒肉嘅餐廳,食完真係大滿足,無論係肉質、配菜定環境,都充滿驚喜,絕對係燒肉愛好者唔可以錯過嘅地方!牛舌盛合 ,牛舌係呢度嘅招牌之一,盛合有兩款:塩味上牛舌同蔥塩味牛舌。塩味上牛舌非常簡單,直接帶出牛舌嘅原汁原味,口感煙韌又唔會太硬;而蔥塩味牛舌就更加惹味,蔥香配合輕微嘅鹽味提升咗整體層次,食落一啖接一啖,完全停唔到口。黑毛和牛大判燒盛合 :選用鹿兒島A4和牛,包括西冷、裏腹小排同背未脊肉,每款都係極品!西冷肉味濃郁又冇多餘油膩感,裏腹小排細嫩多汁,仲帶微微焦香,背未脊肉就係脂肪分布均勻,入口即化,每一啖都係滿滿幸福感。加$58試埋US牛腹柳小排,口感豐富,肉味香濃,性價比非常高。午餐包沙律同餐湯都好清新開胃,小食亦非常有心思。最後甜品方面,份量啱啱好,有杏仁凍及雪米糍。額外加咗一杯乳酸梳打(青森蘋果),酸甜平衡,飲完非常解膩,值得一試。呢間燒肉店真係高質之選,價錢合理,服務細心,絕對會再嚟!
