今晚一家人聚一聚,揀咗尖沙咀京滬佳餚,即係以前太湖嗰個位。行入去都覺得金碧輝煌,但係始終都係樓底夠矮,但係都舒服。1)京滬香酥烤鴨(例/8款配料)- $428上枱嗰刻已經吸引住大家嘅眼球,平時片皮鴨只有兩三種配料,但今次有八種(山楂條、青瓜條、心內美條、蒜蓉、砂糖、蜜瓜、大蔥和叉燒醬)已經贏晒,鴨皮片得好薄,味又甘香,而鴨肉相當Juicy,正因片晒啲鴨肉,所以只有一食。但呢一個例牌都已經連買20片薄餅皮,所以再多兩三個人都夠食。2)蔥油海蜇頭 -$98呢個前菜就比較細,用好多水果蘿蔔(cherry radish)墊底,海蜇頭就比較少,味道酸甜。3)爆汁牛肉煎餅 -$58兩件分量較細,但勝在肉汁香濃,唔多夠喉4)松鼠王魚 -$228份量四個人食都有多,條魚size都好大,炸得香脆,配汁食都好開胃,好味。5)煎鍋貼呢個就唔好講啦!一客有三隻,其中一隻啲豬肉居然煮唔熟,最後cancel咗6)玫瑰豆沙鍋餅-$52個 presentation 好靚,又好味,冇得輸7)酒釀小丸子 - $38酒釀丸子味道本應正正常常,誰不知放咗一夠金柑落去,成個味道即刻吊起左。總括而言,食物唔算平,但勝在都幾好味,

酒釀丸子味道本應正正常常,誰不知放咗一夠金柑落去,成個味道即刻吊起左。

總括而言,食物唔算平,但勝在都幾好味,片皮鴨就一定贏咗好多的片皮鴨酒家。

琴晚其中有一台有人生日,酒樓即刻播出生日歌,全間酒樓都感受到生日慶祝的氣氛,都算係咁。
