荷香鮑魚瑤柱珍珠雞一打開荷葉已經聞到濃濃既荷葉香味散發出黎,珍珠雞好足料,一打開幾有驚喜,瑤柱、蝦仁、豬肉(仲要唔係肥肉)不在話下,鮑魚竟然有1/4個珍珠雞既大細,食落去糯米有荷葉味之餘,亦有鮮味。羊肚菌姬松茸竹笙北菇燉湯燉湯材料足夠,飲落去味道鮮甜、濃郁。紅米脆脆鮮蝦腸外面一層絲滑既紅米製成既腸粉捲著脆米皮及蝦仁,表面綿密中間酥脆內裡彈牙鮮嫩,口感豐富。芥末沙律海鮮卷類似係春卷既菜式,外皮炸得酥脆,入口係粒粒彈牙既蝦仁,淡淡芥末味,唔會嗆。香煎黃金糕色澤金黃,層次分明,表面煎得脆脆地,香甜軟糯濕潤,帶有少許椰香及蛋香味,口感彈牙煙靭,品賞一件尚可,食多一件皆為油膩。食咗咁多炸嘢,其實都有少少膩,有少少油,呢個時候飲咗杯普洱中和返。
