To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日去東涌搵朋友，順便在新商場搵食。牛角次男坊之前已經響荃灣廣場食過一次，覺得幾好味，所以今日見呢到有又再食一次。叫招牌既牛肉飯，佢個汁係好香既，其實我之前已經覺得咁樣食仲正過牛角烤肉食飯。而且佢牛肉又多，燒得幾香，送飯一流。不過覺得今次D飯濕左小小，上一次荃灣食好DD。呢個餐有野飲都只係$88，呢個質素好過吉xx既牛肉飯多多聲，性價比超高。下次想試下佢個穴子牛肉飯，去開荃灣/東涌既話都可以試下。
