御石燒(旺角)今次去試一間高質石板燒肉店,位置唔量好多。我同朋友分別點左御燒極上級吉列牛($118)同御燒特級牛小排($158),另外可以再加價加紫菜飯、漟心蛋、飲品等等。枱上會有教學,話俾你知每一塊牛肉應該要燒幾耐。火係用蠟燭,如果用完隨時就舉手叫職員幫手換。一開頭會有一塊牛油俾你,等你唔好黐底。牛肉份量好多,完全夠食。兩款牛黎講,吉列牛相對會更香口,而牛小排就相對軟身易咬,各有千秋。推介!!!
