🔸東京石板燒牛肩胛 $128🔸東京石板燒和牛肩肉 $138.難得去一次屯門梗係要搵好嘢食啦!依間牛扒屋新出《東京石板燒》系列,提供咗好幾款高質牛肉,今次我同男朋友就揀咗美國產A3和牛嚟試吓。老闆好nice咁介紹咗牛肉嘅產地,同埋教我哋煎五成熟左右,再蘸祕製嘅椒鹽醬汁,鍾意嘅仲可以包少少wasabi一齊食。我第一時間當然係乜都唔蘸試吓牛嘅原汁原味先啦~想講個牛肉質帶少少油脂,入口非常香牛味,百零蚊食到依個質素算非常抵食啊!成餐飯係咁影相影到老闆都話唔執輸走咗過嚟影咗幾張相,好搞鬼!
