石板午近半個月愛食,今晚又一個人加班食晚餐,食好點。牛肩扒180g牛肩扒係我最愛嘅牛肉部位,佢呢間嘅牛肩扒好厚,嫩口,多肉汁。佢可以喺鐵板上邊均勻受熱,所以唔怕會燒焦。因為平時普通燒嘅鐵板,有啲店舖會加得太多油,令到佢啲熱會太多。呢一間嘅鐵板就唔會,佢可以根據你牛肉嘅克數而去決定油的份量,所以油不會濺出來。另外佢仲有好多唔同嘅配料,佢有沙律同白飯。全部都係任食。我本人就會食完牛肩扒之後就會食沙律,因為都可以去膩!另外佢仲搭配左蕃茄牛肉湯,多。而且醬料佢都有好多唔同選擇,有蒜蓉、芝麻醬、自家造燒汁同埋仲有辛辣汁。台面上除咗常見嘅粉紅色喜馬拉雅山鹽同黑椒外,佢仲有一隻專門比燒烤嘅香料-孜然。總括來講,佢呢個份量同埋價錢都好合理,食物真係可以令人消除疲勞,令我返完夜班之後有一個好嘅獎勵。同埋要搵一間可以將有份恰到好處嘅店舖都係比較難得。
