最近忙開始搞結婚嘅事,非常忙碌又大壓力,好需要見見朋友兼食餐好!去咗呢間元朗人推薦嘅私房菜~ Granada by JW。記得以前食過屋企附近嘅西班牙餐廳Granada,印象深刻,後來餐廳無再做仲覺得好可惜!最近先知原來老闆大廚有新定位,開咗間Granada by JW,私房菜形式,可以更加專心一致招呼客人。6-course 每位$658,雖然價錢喺元朗區算係幾進取,但食材上乘,環境亦偏向溫馨格調,無九龍區嘅餐廳咁焗束,我哋都覺得收費合理。1st course :帶子‧海苔‧檸檬味帶子刺身用料新鮮,柔軟嘅帶子同爽脆嘅海葡萄形成口感上嘅對比,清新嘅檸檬汁珠珠亦增添帶子鮮味,係好聰明嘅配搭。海苔大廚特登整到淋身,但我就諗,如果紫菜做成脆口嘅口感,應該會更有層次呢。2nd course:火燙藍鰭吞拿‧魚子醬‧蘆筍藍鰭吞拿魚魚味極濃,入口軟滑無渣,加上魚子醬點綴,鮮味更加突出。36個月西班牙火腿‧車厘茄‧醋漬蒜頭‧橄欖Parma Ham份量不少,而且不愧係36個月,入口油香滿溢,鹹香十足,質感亦柔軟硬,鍾意食Parma ham嘅一定唔可以錯過!3rd course:周打魚蠔湯比想象中稀身,不過

龍蝦爽口彈牙,非常新鮮,加上鮮甜度爆燈嘅龍蝦汁,每啖都迸發鮮味!推薦!

松葉蟹肉‧三文魚子‧海膽汁
呢三樣食材配搭起來其實本身就已經贏在起跑線,鮮甜嘅松葉蟹肉混合鮮味嘅海膽汁,面頭再擺上鹹鮮嘅三文魚子,正!

5th course:Daily Starter
今晚好正呀,有新鮮蟶子!蟶子巧妙地加入茴香,味道更有層次,面頭嘅黑魚子亦增添鮮味。蟶子鬆脆鮮甜,完全無沙!

6th course:招牌燒西班牙伊比利豬鞍架肉味濃郁,肉質細膩油潤,完全唔會嚡!雖然松露薯蓉都好食,但係我覺得唔駛蘸更加食到肉味!

另一道主菜我哋就揀咗烤日本海鯛魚(+$30),海鯛魚表面烤得微微焦脆而內部柔軟,可惜嘅係魚味唔算好突出。

加$38點了一件朱古力慕絲蛋糕,不過就比較失望。朱古力用料未夠優質,甜度略高,大廚處理主菜方面明顯好好多呢!
